Alaa brings a compelling vision, clear direction and a global network to ARRAY Innovation. He has specialist knowledge of digital platforms and enterprise technology for large organizations, and in particular financial institutions. Prior to launching ARRAY Innovation, Alaa was a Managing Director for Citi in London where he worked for over 16 years and led Foreign Exchange's Electronic Platforms, Data and Sales teams globally including the flagship Corporate and Institutional client platforms Citi Velocity and CitiFX Pulse. Alaa is a Bahrain Crown Prince Scholarship Program alumni and holds a BSc 1st Class Hons in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Prior to joining ARRAY Innovation Hussain built his career in London as part of Blackrock's Systematic Equities Quantitative Development team and prior to that as a member of Goldman Sachs' technology team working on high throughput multi-threaded clearance and settlement systems. More recently Hussain head Data Science for Bank ABC. Hussain is a Bahrain Crown Prince Scholarship Program alumni and holds a MSc Advanced Computer Science from Imperial College London, and a BSc Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.

Hussain started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young where he ensured strong corporate governance, accountability, compliance and quality assurance.
